Team Work and Support

Work can be stressful, so we emphasize teamwork in helping each other get through the day. Each team member helps each other succeed and supports one another in times of need. At Smiles Beyond, we value each team player, as everyone is important to our success. 

Team Bonding

To further strengthen our team, we hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to hold each other accountable. It is not all work though, as we do like to have fun and enjoy each other's company through team lunch at local restaurants to weekend vacations. 

Community Service 

It seems that our office is located in a small town where the community is strong. Everyone seems to know each other in some way. Thus, we believe in giving back to the community and forge stronger bonds with everyone.

Our office has the latest tech from CBCT 3D imaging to 3D printers, as we welcome the modern digital age of dentistry!
